Holla, holla… and Hollaaaa! You know summertime is just around the corner when all the festivals start popping up! We played at this one last year and it was a really fun day. In fact so much fun that i got a little bit worked up and did a backflip off the stage! Bouncers didnt even seem to mind! (nice one!!)
This year they’ve added another stage and it’s looking like being a kickass day already Get your tickets sorted and we’ll see you there!

Yooooooooooooooo! Good evening to you! Ok so it’s that time of year when the teeth of winter are well and truly sunk in and you cant help but think about tropical holidays in warmer climates. As it turns out, Benji is going to just such a destination next week! We will have one last feature night together this Saturday at Fampire and then thats it until Parklife. Whoa! First time we’ve ever spent time apart! It’s gonna be crazy!! I’m gonna leave the toilet seat up and go on a riverboat gambling cruise etc hahaha!… Bada-bing!

Anyhoo, come wamp out with us at the top floor of Family this weekend – its always beyond crazy up there – and then we will see you for another world-ender at Parklife. Boomshalakalaka!

Hey friends. If you live on the Gold Coast, you’ll no doubt know that this friday is a public holiday. That means your weekend starts on Thursday night and there’s no reason for you to miss out on the partyness thats about to happen.

We will be playing at Platinum’s 6th birthday party – its set to be HUGE! They’ve been kind enough to let us have our way with the ‘Pure Lounge’ which is the rad little side room. We plan to turn it upside down so get your ass there and let’s shake it down!

Happy weekend! And if you live in Mackay, this one’s for you. We are playing at Code nightclub’s 1st birthday. We had such a great time up there at the River Sessions festival recently that we jumped at the chance to get back up there and stink the place up. If you live up that way, it’s time you put on your comfy shoes and “leave it all on the dancefloor”. See you there!!

Hey friends, we made it home from Sydney in one piece and are now focusing on the next bunch of shows on the horizon. One in particular that is very exciting is Parklife! Definately one of our favourite days of the year, and it’s looking even better this year for us now that the venue has moved to the Gold Coast. The lineup is absolutely ridic, and we will be putting together a new 4 turntable & MPC set for the day. Looking forward to wamping out in the sunshine!! Boomshalakalaka!!

Hello friends. We are hitting the road once again tomorrow, feels like i just finished unpacking my bag and now im packing it again! Anyways, we have some awesome parties coming up. If you’re in Sydney you should come check these out…

First up is Dust Tones. If you havent been to a Dust Tones party before, its a weekly night at Beach Rd Hotel, Bondi. Its geared toward the Hip Hop, Dancehall, Dubstep end of things. We played one a while back and it was a ridiculously good night.

We will be running 4 decks and the MPC, and have prepared a whole bunch of new routines and tricks for the night. Its going to be a killer night and best of all its free!! We will be on from 10pm till midnight.

And then afterwards we will be racing over to play a set at Purple Sneakers. This will be more of an indie/party set and will no doubt be an extremely loose party, considering that PhDJ and Joyride are on the bill. Come get even sweatier than you could imagine with us! Hopefully this time nobody will break two mixers by spilling Jager on them… Im looking at YOU, PhDJ!

Our video diary series continues with number two!! After freezing our tits off playing down in Melbourne, we flew up to Hamilton Island for a show at Club Boheme. The night was a huge success and the club went bananas! We dragged along our movie maker extraordinaire Nay to make another diary entry of the good times . After the gig we spent a couple of extra days on the island thawing out and kicking back. Enjoy!!

Hey friends! Got plans for this saturday? Cancel them and come to our night at Neverland! This is the second edition of our monthly party. The last one was an absolute world-ender! If you weren’t there or if you missed the photos, it’s just a straight up party. We will have the box of dress-ups again, and our mascot ‘Snatchy’ will be making another appearance. Oh and we’ve got a bunch of new tunes and cannot wait to party with our home-town people! See you there!!!

…..And then on Friday night we will be playing an indie/party set at Purple Sneakers. We will also be trying to dodge PhDJ’s Jager-pistol, and shake-raping our boy M.I.T.  ..Needless to say, it’s gonna be loose.

Whattup, Melbournian friends! We are making the trek down to your beautiful city to cause some headaches. Come catch us on Thursday night when we play the Hang Time club night at Eurotrash. I’ve heard nothing but awesome things about this weekly night, and have really been looking forward to getting down there and shakin shit down! Its gonna be straight-up chaos. No half-stepping allowed!

Tonight we will be playing at the ‘We Are Your Friends’ party. Which is at Fampire (top floor of Family… Its where all the Empire gigs are going to be held for the next year while Empire gets a facelift). Should be a corker – Dont miss Blaze Tripp (our Twitter-Bromance) up from Sydney to shake shit down!

Then Saturday night we will be back at Fampire again to support the Hump Day Project. Its going to be a face-melter for sure so don’t sleep on this one!

And if you’re still standing after all that on Sunday we will be playing at Birdee NumNums. Its been ages since we’ve played at that place so we are very much looking forward to ‘partying down’ as the kids say. See you out and about!!

Whattup Jude Law! … And friends! This weekend is a bit of a special one: Not only do we get to party down with our boys M.I.T. and Ben Lucid from Purple Sneakers Djs, but its also the last gig thats going to happen at Empire before they shut it for renovations. Personally, i liked the gritty charm of its well-worn appearance, but hey! The Empire team definately know what they’re doing so when they say that it needs a facelift, i trust them.

Anyways if you haven’t been to a Purple Sneakers show, now is a great time to start. The boys are up here touring to promote the release of their mix-cd ‘We Mix You Dance’ (see my post from a few days ago). You can expect lots of indie/party tunes, a heap of dancing, a terrifying amount of shots, and a general straight-up house party vibe. If that sounds like a good time to you, we’ll see you there on Saturday!!

Hey friends, it’s Thursday so i can officially talk about this coming weekend without it being over-eager. I figure that Mondays and Tuesdays you’re allowed to talk about how good last weekend was. Wednesdays are the overlapping day when you can speak about either weekend, but it is considered more appropriate to lean towards the upcoming weekend. And Thursdays and Fridays are a no-brainer.

Anyways, this weekend we have a very awesome show to look forward to. We are playing at The Beach House in Port Macquarie, which is going to be an adventure in itself, but check out the lineup! Our boy (and chief of the Bieber-Fever fanclub) Sampology, Funktrust Djs (Triple J Radio), and our friends the Smoke & Mirrors Djs. Everyone on this lineup (except us) totally wrecks shop! If you’re within a reasonable drive of Port this Saturday, id recommend you clear out your schedule and get yo ass there to have a beer with us all!

Oh and one last thing – Starkey from Smoke & Mirrors warned me to bring something warm because “my balls have never been so small”. So there you have it people, Starkey’s ball-size is at an all time low.

I just got these photos from our friend Bradley (our vagina-suit wearing mascot) and i just gotta post them. They definately capture the chaos of last Saturday night. And there is something so magical about seeing a crowd-surfing vagina in a sea of inflatable dicks.
