Credit goes out to my friend James for putting us onto this one. I never realized just how ‘hip hop’ soft drinks were until now!!

It just so happened to be that Tribe Called Quest were playing there first ever show in Sydney while we were in town also playing some shows, We snapped up some tickets and it was AMAZING!! Check it out for yourselves, the place was rammed but not to heavy. So glad we forked out the cash for this one.

Check out this dreamy tune by Catcall … i’ve been listening to it on loop for a week now. It’s awesome! And yeah, i said “dreamy”.

This was filmed by our awesome friend Jimmy on his Iphone 4, i think he filmed it just so he could show off the fact he has a Iphone 4. My favorite part is when Snatchy our mascot gets his beer knocked out his hands from a beach ball around the 30sec mark. What a night it was!!

Our video diary series continues with number two!! After freezing our tits off playing down in Melbourne, we flew up to Hamilton Island for a show at Club Boheme. The night was a huge success and the club went bananas! We dragged along our movie maker extraordinaire Nay to make another diary entry of the good times . After the gig we spent a couple of extra days on the island thawing out and kicking back. Enjoy!!

Big thanks to Marty from Bounce Crew Djs for bringing this to our attention. Its basically the best thing i’ve ever seen!!! Skip all the bullshit at the end, but the first half is AH-MAZING!

Holla! I’ve got two red hot slices of pure fire right here. The first one is ‘Tightrope’ by Janelle Monae. If i could make a song with half as much swagger as this, i would be a happy man.

Next up it’s Mark Ronson & The Business Intl with ‘Bang Bang Bang’. This proves (as if there was ever any doubt) that Mark Ronson is a force of nature and whatever he touches turns to AWESOME!

Wether you approve or not, digital DJing (the type where you’re playing mp3s instead of real records) is well and truly ruling the world right now. And these two clips are, in my opinion, a glimpse into the future of turntablism. Its awesome to see these guys combining turntable skills with the technology that is available today. Check it out!

Just when you think something cant get any funnier, those kids from ‘Auto Tune The News’ come along and turn it up to ‘pants-wetting’!!! Props to Dean for bringing this to my attention.

This is fricken hilarious. You’ve got to set aside 3:30mins of your day, and just watch this guy as this rainbow BLOWS HIS MIND!!!! Some of my favourite highlights include when he starts to cry, and the lines “ITS A DOUBLE COMPLETE RAINBOW!!!” “ITS SO INTENSE!!!” “WHAT DOES THIS MEEEEEAAAAN?!?!?”
