The Surecut Kids

This weekend we will be embarking on a road-trip to play a show in Noosa, and then two in Brisbane. There’s not many things i love more than a road trip with two of my best friends (Boozy B and his legend wife Nay), except for a road trip with two of my best friends where we get to play gigs and have a hell toime!! If you’re in the area, come party with us! Heres the low-down…
Saturday night we are playing at Villa Noosa, which is at Mary St in Noosaville. Its us and a burlesque dance crew called ‘Le Strutt’. I love Noosa so im really looking forward to being there, waking up and having a surf etc… Good toimes!!
Then on Sunday we have two shows in Brisbane. First up we will be playing a set at Chalk Fest. The lineup for this is full of hip hop awesomeness. Theres Resin Dogs, Cutloose, Seth Sentry, Winnie Coopers, Optimen, Jungle Traffic, and more! Sounds like its gonna be a corker! That one’s at the Chalk Hotel.
Then after that we are heading over to Birdee NumNums to play at their ‘Alice in Underpants’ party. If you havent been to Birdees before, its an indoor/outdoor bar with a pool and its also a backpacker’s lodge. We have played there a few times before and its always been an amazing party! This time the theme is ‘underwear/sleepwear/lingerie’ and they are having pillowfights and prizes for the first person into the pool etc. Basically if you could bottle debauchery, concentrate it, and spray it all over a party, thats what we’re looking at here. Times!!
